AI Policies
Artificial Intelligence is radically transforming the way we work and do business.

Artificial Intelligence is radically transforming the way we work and do business. By the end of 2025, enterprise adoption of AI is expected to skyrocket, with forecasts indicating that more than 70% of enterprises will deploy such technologies.
We, ourselves, are very passionate about the topic. After more than 25 years practicing law, we have never seen a technology that arouses so much excitement and anxiety at the same time. We are seeing more and more often how organizations are facing difficult questions in adopting AI technologies. How do we deploy AI systems without compromising the security of our customers’ data? How to manage the large volumes of data required to train AI systems while ensuring compliance with the GDPR’s data minimization principle? Or how to provide clear explanations for automated decisions when AI systems operate as veritable “black boxes”? More generally, how do we continue to innovate without being discouraged by the volume, complexity and speed of adoption of European and national AI regulation?
We would not be able to offer effective legal advice on this topic without having hands-on experience. In addition to continuous training, we also undertook to deploy these tools in our own day-to-day activities, both in order to ensure we have access to the best resources and can focus our energy on finding creative solutions for our clients’ inquiries, but also to understand the advantages and limitations of AI tools in order to tailor our legal advice on the topic to the (fast-changing) product realities.
In this context, we wish to inform you that our law firm utilizes artificial intelligence tools, including generative AI, to support our professional activities and enhance the efficiency of the services we provide to you.
We would, however, like to emphasize the following essential points:
- Your data confidentiality is our priority: We do not provide confidential client data to the artificial intelligence tools we use. All sensitive information remains protected in accordance with our professional and legal obligations.
- AI models are not trained on client documents: We ensure that your documents and information are not used to train or improve artificial intelligence models.
- Respect for intellectual property rights: We are committed to respecting all relevant intellectual property rights in the use of these tools.
- Manual verification by attorneys: Results generated with the help of artificial intelligence are always manually reviewed and validated by an attorney from our firm to guarantee their accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and your interests.
- Continuous evaluation. We continuously evaluate and update our AI usage practices to ensure compliance with evolving legal and ethical standards.
Through this approach, we ensure that the use of advanced technology is for your benefit, without compromising the ethical and professional standards that guide our work. If you have any concerns or questions about our use of AI in your legal matters, please inform us, and we will discuss alternative approaches to meet your needs. We thank you for your trust and remain at your disposal for any questions or additional clarifications.
